Frequently asked questions
Yes — RentEasify does not use subscription plans. Core platform use is free with no limits on properties or tenants. We earn only when you use optional paid services: a 0.3% platform fee (+ GST) on rent managed (online + offline), tenant KYC (₹150 per check) and rental agreements (₹300) for commercial buildings, and agreement eStamp (₹1,000) where needed. Landlords also pay ₹250 per lease, once, with KYC and agreements included; PGs pay only the 0.3% fee, with KYC, agreements and WhatsApp rent collection included (attendance is an optional add-on at ₹0.18 per WhatsApp message); commercial buildings add ₹0.15 per WhatsApp message; associations pay ₹250 per lease, with KYC and agreements included. Tenants get free instant rent receipts.
